DH Swim wants to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why I believe that the store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Shipping Policy
All items will be handled in the order they are acquired. Since every swimsuit is handmade and custom to each customer, please allow 1-2 weeks during the off season and 2-4 weeks during the peak season for all items to be made. Please reach out to DH Swim if you have questions on turnaround time through out the process.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since DH Swim allows customers to create their own custom, reversible swimsuit refunds are not accepted. However, exchanges and store credit for your next swimsuit are allowed. If there are any sizing questions, please email before placing your order to avoid any sizing problems. If a sizing issue happens, please send an email to dh@dhswim.com and the issue will be reviewed to see if it can be resolved.
